About

My Television Background

I have been a television producer/director for over 20 years in my native Australia, Singapore and the UK.   In London, I have experience working on live programmes, documentaries and series for the BBC, ITV and SKY.

My Corporate Experience

In the corporate world, I have produced content for The British Asian Trust which is one of The Prince’s Trust’s charities. The whole website had to convince people that their donations would make a diference through the Trust’s social fund. I have also produced video content for Encyclopaedia Britannica’s website and revamped and rewrote the social care consultancy Process Matrix’s website.

Why Choose Me?

I’ve been told that I am easy to work with despite being a perfectionist and anti consultant-speak. I really enjoy working with clients, the process of bringing all the elements of a website together and finding the right people such as web designers and photographers to suit the project. With my background in television, I have had to be extremely organised and am used to tight deadlines and budgets. I am also a good translator of web designer-speak which can be a bit overwhelming and confusing at times.

My Writing

As well as being an Online Content Producer, I have written for “The Observer”, “The Guardian The Australian“, the Advance website and for women’s magazines such as “Woman and Home”. I was a regular writer for ”The Australian Times, am currently writing for “Crikey”, an Australian online newspaper and also attempting to write a novel.

Apart from all this, I love doing charity work and last year I organised a lunch for one hundred people who had nowhere to go on Christmas Day.
